A medium style firm goats cheese with blue-green veining and a long creamy finish

Lilyarra® Goats Blue is a medium blue vein wheel with a balance of creaminess and blue mould resulting in a long persistent finish. Our Goats Blue – similarly to Our Aran – is not inspired by a particular classic style of blue cheese but the result of several years of development and refinement with the aim of balancing the blue and capturing that delicious creaminess of the goats milk.

Enjoy this cheese on its own or with some lively sweet condiments. Semi-sweet and dessert wines pair beautifully with the Goats Blue - late harvest rieslings, Botrytis wines, Sauternes, Barsac or Tokaji. Blue cheese and dessert wine is a divine partnership!
