With its lively acidity and herbaceous flavour, Lilyarra™ Goat Curd with Dill pairs beautifully with smoky foods such chargrilled capsicum or smoked oily fish such as smoked salmon. In terms of wine matchings an aged Sancerre or Fume Blanc, South Australian Fiano and wooded Chardonnays all pair well.
