Lilyarra® White Goat is a semi-matured white mould surface ripened cheese with a full flavour, mushroom aromas and a creamy finish.

Goats milk is ideal for making surface ripened cheeses of which there are a myriad of styles available. Our White Goat is a bit like a St Marcellin or camembert in its look and size but where a traditional camembert is buttery, You’ll find Our little wheels creamy. And whether the wheel you’ve bought is still developing and has a firmer centre, or it’s fully soft and creamy inside, White Goat wheels are ready to eat at any point in their maturation development.

Jams and fresh berries are a delectable acompaniment to Lilyarra® White Goat. For wine pairings try a Riesling, Gruner Veltliner, Vouvray or South African Chenin Blanc.
