Lilyarra™ White Goat is a semi-matured ‘camembert style’ white mould-ripened cheese with a full flavour, mushroomy characters and a creamy finish.

Goat milk is not a traditional milk with which to make a camembert style cheese but with some careful adjustments to Our recipe, We believe the result is well worth the extra effort! And whether its still developing its firmer centre or it is fully soft and creamy, White Goat wheels are ready to eat at any point in their maturation development.

Jams and fresh berries are a delectable acompaniment to Lilyarra™ White Goat. For wine pairings try a Riesling, Gruner Veltliner, Vouvray or South African Chenin Blanc.
